Enable Futures is operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to work for a law firm based in Tiverton, Devon.

The role will be primarily Tiverton office-based but travel to our other offices will be required for the successful performance of this role, so, access to a car is essential. Within this role, you will work with the Head of Marketing & Business Development delivering excellent results for the firm. You will provide high-quality support adhering to best practices and leading to improved performance of the firm.

The annual salary is competitive and dependant on your experience level when joining, this is a marketing assistant-level role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head of Marketing & BD with marketing activities
  • Social media management
  • Uploading to the website and regularly checking links and accuracy of website pages
  • Ensuring the Business Profile (Google My Business) is up-to-date – uploading articles and other relevant information
  • Daily checking for comments on Google reviews
  • Twice daily checking of Facebook Messenger for any enquiries
  • Sending articles out to fee earners for reviewing and maintaining the relevant spreadsheet
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials: leaflets/posters etc
  • Provide fact-checking, copy-editing and proofing of all material
  • Update and maintain marketing databases using Excel and CRM system
  • Help to plan and host promotional marketing events, shows and seminars
  • Analysing questionnaires, and client feedback to include in report and promotional campaigns
  • Liaise with printers and suppliers as the main point of contact
  • Dealing with all advertising enquiries
  • Creation of presentations and displays for events

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Demonstrate excellent administrative and typing skills with good attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Take a positive and proactive approach to work, anticipating and meeting the needs of the various departments
  • Be competent in using Word and other Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
