Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a permanent Stock Control Coordinator to join a global FMCG organisation! With the Head Office based in Cheddar, Somerset.The working hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday. The annual salary is £25,000 - £27,000 PA. This is an exciting opportunity to support the team with the close management and control (stock volumes and commercials) of all packaging, ingredient & 3rd party stocks used across the entire estate!
Key Responsibilities:Supporting the team with the re-order process and ensuring deliveries are made within given timeframes.Work closely with internal and external teams in managing packaging, ingredient & 3rd party product stock levels, to avoid any out of stock or additional storage costs.Supporting the team with listing new product with distributors & ensuring stock availability for launch.Work with the team on the impact of stock write-off, ensuring costs are kept to minimum and fall within the required business levels.Supporting the team with the day-to-day supply issues and ensuring the field teams are fully briefed on such issues and resolutions.Working on weekly customer delivery report & stock holding value reports, with training and support.With training and learning from senior team members, this role can require some travel to manufacturing & distribution partners sites to conduct regular stock counts & to resolve service issues. This is an exciting part of the role, getting out of the office occasionally to view clients premises.Experience, attributes & skills sought:
