Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for two roles. The first is a Permanent Installation & Remedial Works Coordinator& the second is a Service Administrator on a (Temp One Year Maternity Cover Contract) based in Exeter, Devon.The working hours are (Full Time or Part Time) 9.00am–5.30pm Monday-Friday OR PT hours 25-30 per week. The annual salary is Circa £22,000 - £23,000, PA for both opportunities & dependant on experience. We are seeking someone with at least two years of previous office administration experience.

Installation and Remedial Works Coordinator - Permanent full or part-timeKey Responsibilities:Creation of Installation/Remedial works jobs on our Software SystemCoordinate the allocation of Engineer (s) for the worksClose down of the on our Software SystemInvoicing WorksProducing Certification and Operation Manuals for the ClientsAny other duties requested by the Engineering Manager/ a DirectorService Administrator- Temp Maternity CoverKey Responsibilities:Remedial Works quotations from Engineer’s visitsClose Down of previous day's completed visitsInvoicing Callouts and Routine Maintenance visitsAssisting the engineers with any office-based queriesGeneral letters to CustomersContract CancellationsAny other duties requested by the Engineering Manager/ a DirectorExperience, attributes & skills sought:Professional communication skills, both written and verbal; numerate and literate; exceptional levels of accuracy and attention to detailProficient IT and Reporting skillsAbility to work individually as well as part of a teamAbility to multi-task and prioritise workload in a timely fashionConfident and polite telephone manner, strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressureGood sense of humourAbility to carry out problem assessment, analysis and resolution in a methodical, auditable mannerIn return, you will benefit from:A company pension scheme.25 days holiday allowance.Sickness Benefit Allowance.Parking onsite.
