Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for a Remote Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyer with the office based in either Shepton Mallet or Knowle, BS4, Bristol. They can only do what they their staff to feel engaged and valued. Following the growth of the business they are now looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyer!
The working hours are 9.00am–5.00pm Monday-Friday (hour lunch). The annual salary is Circa £30,000 - £40,000 PA DOE. The role is offered remote working 90% from home, with the office is in Shepton Mallet or Knowle, BS4 Bristol to work from 10% of the time.
Weare looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to work within an environment that allows you to enjoy working within a busy ResidentialConveyancing department whilst also understanding the pressures of working within such a department. We are looking for the person that understands how important a modern approach and structure to conveyancing is when providing services to our clients and 3rd parties. We use up to date, and developing, legal technology so we are looking for some who wants to be part of this modern approach. We expect the successful candidate to be a specialist in Property Law and confident dealing with all the legal matters surrounding the buying and selling of property, advising clients on all aspects of the buying and selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts.
