Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a Project Support Advisor (Hybrid) for a privately owned, innovative, solutions organisation. The location of the office is Wellington, Somerset. The role offers remote working on a Monday & Friday and a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from the office. Full training is provided in this role - You will take a project from the first stage of an order being placed to a completed stage where a customer can use our product daily. The Project Support Advisor is a direct resource for customers with new requirements. You will constantly liaise with customers and other internal teams to ensure efficient and effective project implementation.

The Package:

  • The working hours are 8.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Support Manager, they are responsible for coordinating a number of ‘new’ and ‘existing’ customer projects across both public and commercial sectors.

They will take a project from the first stage of an order being placed, to a completed stage where a customer can use our product daily.

The Project Support Advisor is a direct resource for customers with new requirements.

They will constantly liaise with customers and other internal teams to ensure efficient and effective project implementation.

Coordinating customer orders to a swift and efficient conclusion.

Accurately reporting project progress and deadlines.

Ensuring Project documentation is regularly updated to ensure relevant teams/ personnel have visibility of current project status.

Identifying and escalating any project stalls to the Project Support Manager for commercial assistance.

Preparing all internal departments for a customer’s 1st ‘live’ run of documents and supporting the customer through this process.
