Who provide a portfolio of document-related services to a broad customer base, including the NHS, Local Government and a variety of Commercial organisations across the UK! The location of the office is Wellington, Somerset!The hours are 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour lunch break. This role offers a hybrid working model with a Monday and Friday working from home. Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday you will be based in the office. The annual salary is Circa £26,289.15 PA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating customer orders to a swift and efficient conclusion
- Accurately reporting project progress and deadlines
- Ensuring project documentation is regularly updated to ensure relevant teams / personnel have visibility of current project status
- Identifying and escalating any project stalls to the National Technical Services Manager for commercial assistance
- Liaising with the customers to understand current processes
- Working alongside the internal Technical Services department to coordinate software configuration
- Preparing all internal departments for a customer’s 1st live run of documents and supporting the customer through this process
