Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for Legal Vacancies based across various offices in Somerset. Working for one of the UK’s leading solicitors firms!

 

The working hours are (Full Time) 9.00am–5.00pm Monday-Friday. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. These vacancies also offer some remote working. We have several opportunities that include:

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • We have six roles available
  • Some require a legal graduate or administration experience.
  • Conduct matters on behalf of clients in a professional manner.  Providing a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service.
  • Management of support services for which you are responsible, including supervision of own para-legal/secretary/assistant.
  • To keep up to date with changes in the law, taking part in compulsory compliance training, developing skills of self and other members of staff where appropriate.
  • Being responsible for maintaining Professional Standards or Professional Accreditations for the role, together with any on-going or further training/CPD required and reporting immediately to the partners of any changes.
  • Ensure service is of the highest quality.
  • The Account Manager will be responsible for working alongside the legal cashier, you will support day-to-day activities within the Finance department, while completing other finance tasks, including payroll, and support the production of monthly management accounts. We are looking for an individual with attention to detail.
  • A team player who is flexible and dedicated.
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
