We are recruiting a Junior C# Developer to sit between the Development Team and Customer Support Team to help resolve customer issues, fix bugs and manage small change requests. It is an excellent opportunity for a Junior C# Developer to gain experience supporting and maintaining ASP.NET applications, with the career progression to become aSenior Developer. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have some experience/exposure to programming in C# and be comfortable liaising with your colleagues and customers. You will learn to produce clear and accurate C# code and create and maintain clear and precise SQL.
The annual salary is £25,000 - £35,000 PA dependant on experience. The working hours are 9.00 am – 5.30 pm 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (Flexible Working Benefit).
Working for a global market-leading tech/software company based from modern offices in Yeovil, you will be required to work between the support team and the development team.
Acting as 3rd Line Support, dealing with escalations from the 1st and 2nd Line Support team and supporting SeniorDevelopers with investigating bugs and resolving customer issues.
This role would suit someone who has worked within1st, 2nd or 3rd Line Support and now looking to progress to a more senior developer position.
