We are looking for a Customer Account Manager (Software) to support growing client relationships! Work remotely 50% and office-based 50%. Ideally, we are seeking someone working in a client-focused account management role or tech/software or someone who believes they have the skills to move into this role with some training to support you!

Enable Futures is operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join a tech industry leader at an exciting time of growth near Radstock, Somerset!

We are looking for someone with prior experience building on existing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction within your customer accounts. You would need to be proactive and identify growth opportunities for clients. The working hours are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (Hybrid Working) with an annual salary of £24,000 - £25,000 PA. The role enables you to work remotely 50% and office-based 50%.



Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be supporting the teams with customer focused administration tasks daily.
  • We are looking for someone with prior experience building on existing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your customer accounts.
  • You would need to be a proactive, and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
  • Supporting and solving problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
  • Discussing products and services to create growth opportunities and analyse data to identify trends.
  • Perform prospecting activities & networking.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.

Skills Attributes and Experience Sought:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with ability to learn systems.
  • Able to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Good at working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs, negotiate costs and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets.
  • Methodical worker.
