Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for a permanent Customer ServiceAccount Manager based in Bridgwater, Somerset. As the Account Manager you will work in a team of four Account Managers, representing the company as their Brand Ambassador.

You will join a medium size organisation with a friendly team, who pride themselves on supporting their client base with queries and training on the product range available. Previous customer service and administration experience is required and we are seeking someone upbeat, positive and outgoing! You may have worked front of house on reception, or in a customer service role looking to work Monday to Friday with no weekends and every bank holiday off. Due to spending some time on clients premises you ideally need to be a driver and have your own car.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Account Manager you will work in a team of six Account Managers and one team leader, representing the company as their Brand Ambassador.
You will be responsible for supporting customers with enquires, providing them with training on the product range and support on a daily basis.
You will have the opportunity to attend trade shows & conferences to network with customers, learn about new products and represent the business.
Providing occasional support to customers on site at their business premises - giving you time to get out of the office and get to know them well.
You will have some one hour slots throughout the day, booked to support clients with some basic training on the product ranges.
General administration tasks daily using MS Office and Outlook.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Previous account management, customer service or front of house experience required.
  • IT literate with MS Office packages.
  • Friendly, positive and able to provide customers with the best levels of service.
  • Keen to learn a new skill and product range.
  • Looking to represent a business exceptionally well as their brand ambassador.
